Frequently Asked Questions
1. What types of demolition do you handle?
We specialize in residential and light commercial demolition. That includes interior strip-outs (kitchens, bathrooms, basements), selective demolition, small structures, and bin services for debris removal.
2. Do you handle permits?
For most interior jobs, no permits are required. If a permit is needed (for example, structural demolition or exterior changes), we’ll guide you on what’s required and support the process.
3. What areas do you serve?
We’re based in the GTA and handle projects across Toronto, Scarborough, Durham, and surrounding regions.
4. How do you price demolition jobs?
Pricing depends on project size and scope. For smaller jobs, we often use flat-rate bin pricing or per-square-foot rates. Larger or complex projects are quoted individually after a site visit.
5. Do you offer waste removal or just demolition?
Both. We provide demolition plus debris removal, with bins sized for your project. If you just need bin service, we offer that as well.
6. How soon can you start?
Most projects can start within 1–2 weeks of the quote, depending on scheduling and the scope of work.
7. What about safety?
Safety is our top priority. Our crew uses proper PPE, dust control, and safe removal techniques to protect your space and everyone on site.
8. Do you handle asbestos or hazardous materials?
No, we don’t remove asbestos or hazardous waste directly. If we suspect these materials, we’ll connect you with licensed specialists before work continues.
9. How do I get a quote?
Just fill out the contact form with your project details, and we’ll get back to you quickly to schedule a walkthrough or provide a ballpark estimate.
